The Irregular Warfare Technical Support Directorate (IWTSD) has a proven track record of attracting small businesses, large corporations, veteran-owned businesses, women-owned businesses, academia, government agencies, and nontraditional submitters from throughout the United States and the world.
Businesses of all sizes and types, educational institutions, government agencies, and nontraditional submitters are encouraged to propose solutions to the requirements posted in the Broad Agency Announcement, and year after year, they do.
Collaboration with our performer partners, coupled with millions of RDT&E dollars invested each year, has allowed the IWTSD to provide the DoD, the interagency, and international partners with the advanced technology and capabilities they need to carry out their mission of irregular warfare.
