Description:
A recognition guide for military personnel to use in identifying the materials, chemicals, and equipment associated with manufacturing homemade explosives. It has been translated to Spanish and Portuguese for U.S. forces to use as a host nation training tool.
Operational Impact:
Those charged with Title 10 responsibilities often work in partnership with host nations, and those partners need an awareness of what to look for in regard to homemade explosives. The guide provides a translated resource for military end users to provide to host nation forces and citizens.
