Description:
The Nightingale effort created a digital workflow, approval, and archival process in support of the Department of State's Global Engagement Center (GEC). The system provided enhanced coordination, information sharing, flexibility, and messaging capabilities in support of the GEC's countering violent extremism efforts in critical areas around the world.
Operational Impact:
GEC analysts were able to rapidly engage a wider audience earlier in the conversation cycle, leading to greater effectiveness of their messaging.
Transition:
System transitioned to Department of State, Global Engagement Center.
